I need my order delivered urgently. Can this be arranged?
We will do everything in our power to make it happen.
A Same Day Courier service for metropolitan Melbourne deliveries can be arranged as well as Express Next Day for all other areas within the Express Post network. Please note, during current COVID-19 restrictions, the Australia Post network are experiencing delays and there is no guarantee that Express Next Day will be fulfilled by next day.

My gift contains Chocolate
Chocolate is perishable and as such we will not deliver gifts containing chocolate if the weather is predicted to be 30 degrees or above. We want our gifts to arrive in premium condition, and we recommend Express Post or Same Day Courier is selected at checkout.
It is vital that someone is there to receive the gift. If this is not possible, an alternative delivery or workplace is recommended. Chocolate may also contain nuts.
My gift contains Champagne
Sent with Style supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Gifts containing alcohol can only be purchased and received by persons over 18 years of age. Upon delivery, the recipient may be asked to produce valid identification, confirming their proof of age and sign for the gift. Failure to do so, may result in the gift being returned to us.
Do you provide a gift card for a personal message?
Each gift comes with a card for your personal message. Write your message in the text box at checkout and it will be sent with your gift.
I need to change the details I submitted at checkout.
We understand that changes, such as a different delivery address can occur and we will do our best to accomodate this, providing the gift has not left our studio. Please get in touch and we will do everything we can to help.
What if an item is out of stock?
We will replace it with a similar item of equal or higher value. We promise it will be just as good!
What is your returns policy?
We want everyone who receives our gifts to love them as much as we do. We curate each gift box with an extremely high level of detail and guarantee its presentation upon leaving our studio.
Whilst we don’t offer returns for change of mind, if the gift does not live up to expectations please contact us and we will see to it that both you and the receiver are happy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are prices in Australian Dollars?
Yes, all listed prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Do you deliver Internationally?
Currently we only deliver throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Can you customise a gift for me?
Of course! We love creating individual bespoke gifts and will work with you to make sure it is “just right” for your specific needs. We also customise gifts for our Corporate clients. The possibilities are endless.

Can I add my own branding to a gift?
Yes, most certainly. The option to use your own branding with embellishments including, letterpress, foil stamping and embossing adds a well-appointed and refined touch.
We love flowers and have the privilege of working with some incredible florists. Fresh seasonal blooms are available as an additional item to compliment your gift box. At this time, delivery is restricted to metropolitan Melbourne and the Yarra Valley, Victoria. Deliveries with flowers are via a Same Day Courier to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Are your products tested on animals?
Definitely not! We only choose to work with businesses who share similar values to us and select products which are more often than not, small batch, plant based and certified organic.
